- Spinach (3 hands full)
- 3.5 oz Shrimp (100g)
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Fry the shrimp with garlic and olive oil for 5 minutes
Add shredded spinach, vegetable broth and water.
Cook for 10 minutes with the pot covered. After this, the soup is ready to be served.
