Ingredients

  • Spinach (3 hands full)
  • 3.5 oz Shrimp (100g)
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Fry the shrimp with garlic and olive oil for 5 minutes
  • Add shredded spinach, vegetable broth and water.
  • Cook for 10 minutes with the pot covered. After this, the soup is ready to be served.
