Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth

Instructions

  • Dice onion and sauté in a saucepan with any cooking oil for 5 minutes.
  • Grate the cauliflower and add to the pot. Add the broth and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and blend with a stick blender then the soup is ready to be served.
