- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
Dice onion and sauté in a saucepan with any cooking oil for 5 minutes.
Grate the cauliflower and add to the pot. Add the broth and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and blend with a stick blender then the soup is ready to be served.
